What is Pipe Relining?

Pipe relining is a no-dig repair for cracked, leaking or root-affected drains. After cleaning the pipe with a high-pressure jetter, we install a flexible epoxy liner and cure it in place (steam, hot water, or UV). The liner hardens into a new, seamless pipe inside the old one — watertight, smooth, and root-resistant.

Why homeowners choose relining over replacement

  • No excavation: Save your driveway, tiles, garden beds and slab.

  • Quicker & cleaner: Most jobs done in a day with minimal disruption.

  • Long lifespan: Engineered for 50+ years under normal use.

  • Seals joints & cracks: Blocks root intrusion and eliminates leaks.

  • Improves flow: Smooth internal surface reduces future blockages.

  • Tree root intrusion and leaking joints

  • Cracked/offset clay, cast-iron, and PVC pipes

  • Recurring blockages and foul odours

  • Sections under concrete, pavers, bathrooms, or driveways

  • Small collapses and misalignments (case-by-case)

  • CCTV Inspection – Map the issue, record depth/length, and mark junctions.

  • Jet Clean & Prep – High-pressure jetting and mechanical cutting to clear roots/scale.

  • Liner Setup – Measure, wet-out with resin, and position with an inversion drum.

  • Cure & Seal – Cure the liner (steam/hot water/UV). Reopen junctions neatly.

  • Final CCTV Report – Provide before/after footage and a written report for your records.

  • Pipes running under concrete slabs, driveways, or bathrooms

  • Limited access properties (units, townhouses, strata)

  • Avoiding costly dig-and-restore works

  • Preventing repeat blockages after root cutting
